Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, in collaboration with the Institute for Local Personnel Development, Department of Local Administration, organized the training program “Educational Administration Executive Course (Entry-Level Local Administration Executive) Batch 31” from November 8 to December 4, 2025, at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus, Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province.
     The closing ceremony was held on November 28, 2025, with Mr. Winai Sadfak, Director of the Training Administration Group, Institute for Local Personnel Development, presiding over the ceremony and presenting certificates to the 69 trainees who successfully completed the course. The project aimed to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and educational vision of local government personnel so that they could perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
     Throughout the training, participants received both theoretical and practical knowledge through academic lectures, practical exercises, and knowledge exchange on issues related to educational administration at the local level, as well as enhancing skills in planning, strategic management, and the development of ethics and morality. This forms a crucial foundation for holding positions in local government organizations.
     The training program also included field trips to Pathum Thani and Suphan Buri provinces to provide direct experience in real-world management, broaden perspectives, and enhance the capabilities of participants. This enables them to apply the acquired knowledge to develop their organizations and communities appropriately and sustainably.
     The project was implemented smoothly and efficiently, aiming to equip graduates with the ability to effectively perform educational administration duties in local government organizations, responding accurately, quickly, and with quality to the needs of the local population.
