On December 15, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., the Office of Academic Services, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Ajarn Dr. Panyada Chantakit, Director of the Office of Academic Services, along with Ajarn Suvita Pruksaporn, Deputy Director for Administration and Planning, Ms. Walaiakorn Komolsing, Assistant Director for Testing and Professional Certification, the management team, and staff, attended the Personnel Meeting for Policy Assignment and University-Driven Directions No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2026.

     The meeting was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Ruedet Kerdvichai, Chairman of the University Council, who presided over the policy briefing on the topic “Suan Sunandha’s New Paradigm: From KPI to OKR,” aimed at driving personnel performance toward shared outcomes in a unified organizational direction. Subsequently, Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriboon, President of the University, delivered a lecture entitled “Operational Direction and Strategic Adjustment of the University to Embrace Change and Strengthen Future Readiness.”

     The program also featured a lecture by Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapat Kaewrattanaphat, Vice President for Academic Affairs, on “Enhancing Learning Experiences Based on Professional Standards to Develop a High-Quality Workforce,” and by Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance, on “Transforming Performance Indicators toward OKRs to Drive University Rankings.” These presentations reflected a systematic approach to organizational development that aligns with the dynamics of contemporary change.
