Invitation to Submit Proposals for Consultant Selection Department of Energy Business, Ministry of EnergyThe Department of Energy Business (DOEB) intends to engage a consultant for the “Feasibility Study and Development of Safety Regulation Framework for Fuel Business Operations to Support Thailand’s Energy Transition.”
The project has a budget of 5,086,700 Baht (Five million eighty-six thousand seven hundred Baht only), which is also the reference price for the consultancy contract.

          The selected consultant will be required to present their understanding and proposed work approach to the consultant selection committee, as specified in Section 9.3 of the Terms of Reference (TOR).
The presentation shall last approximately 20 minutes, and the presenter must be one of the consultant’s key personnel.
The date and time of the presentation will be announced after the proposal submission deadline.
