“Ok Phansa Day” – Full Moon of the 11th Lunar Month
The end of the Buddhist Lent after the three-month retreat, also known as “Pavarana Day.”
This year, it falls on 7 October 2025.
On this day, Buddhist monks are given the opportunity to admonish, advise, and correct one another for any mistakes or misconduct that may have occurred during the Lent retreat.
