The objectives of this training were to develop participants’ digital skills and 21st-century competencies for effective work performance in accordance with the National Standards for Early Childhood Development Centers. It aimed to enable them to apply technology and innovation in areas such as data management, administration, inventory management of equipment and materials, learning media, and curriculum design. Additionally, the training focused on utilizing AI to assist in research, evaluation, media creation, and curriculum development to support both internal and external assessments. Furthermore, it provided opportunities for knowledge exchange, network building (Professional Learning Community – PLC), and work development aligned with Performance Agreements (PA) to enhance the teachers’ professional standing.
A large number of teachers expressed interest and participated in this training course to upgrade their knowledge and abilities. The program ensured that teachers could acquire practical knowledge applicable to their work. The training featured an experienced team of lecturers who were available to answer all questions and guide hands-on practical sessions. The workshop was held at the Riverside Hotel, Bang Phlat, Bangkok.
